Our Diamonds & Gemstones

Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown? Every diamond we use is a natural earth-mined diamond. We do not use lab-grown diamonds, simulants or cubic zirconia. Our standard grades are VVS to VS clarity and FG colour. Certification is available on request.

What is a pie-cut diamond ring? A pie-cut diamond ring uses multiple smaller natural diamonds arranged edge to edge so their facets align perfectly and the eye reads one large unified diamond. The result is a 1 to 4-carat face-up appearance at a fraction of the solitaire price. All stones are natural — the technique is different, the diamonds are not.

What is invisible setting? Invisible setting is a technique where each stone is seated into 18-karat gold rails from below so no metal is visible on the top surface. The result is an unbroken field of colour or sparkle with no prongs. It is one of the most skilled techniques in fine jewellery.

What gold purity do you use? All our jewellery is made in 18-karat gold — available in yellow, white or rose gold. We also work in 9-karat gold for specific wholesale requests.

Ordering & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order? Every piece is made to order in our Bangkok atelier. Please allow 2–3 weeks from order confirmation for crafting and delivery. For urgent orders WhatsApp us at +66 94 64 20251 before purchasing.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes — free, fully insured, to any destination worldwide on every order. No minimum order value. Your piece ships from Bangkok with full tracking and insurance.

What is your return policy? As every piece is made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind. Manufacturing defects are fully covered — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. For large wholesale orders bank transfer is also available — contact sales@trinitydesignerjewel.com.

Custom Designs

Can you make a custom design? Yes — custom design is one of our core services. Bring us a sketch, a reference image or just an idea and our CAD team will develop it into a finished piece. Are you a manufacturer or a retailer? We are a manufacturer. Every piece is designed and made in our Bangkok atelier — no middlemen, no dropshipping, direct manufacturer pricing. We supply wholesale jewellers across the USA, UK, Middle East and Asia as well as private clients worldwide.

Ring Sizing

How do I find my ring size? Visit our Ring Size Guide for a full international size chart covering US, UK, European, Asian and Japanese sizing. If still unsure WhatsApp us before ordering — we will help you find the right size.

Can you resize a ring after delivery? Plain gold bands can typically be resized. Invisible set, full pavé or eternity bands cannot be resized without damaging the setting. Please confirm your size carefully before ordering — our team is happy to help via WhatsApp.
