Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship orders are processed once payment has been verified, and typically ship within 2-4 days of payment confirmation. These pieces qualify for free, fully insured worldwide shipping.

Custom-made and made-to-order pieces may take 2-8 weeks depending on design complexity — please confirm your expected delivery date with us before making payment. Shipping for these orders is quoted separately based on destination.

All shipments are fully tracked and insured from our Bangkok workshop to your door.
