How to Start Working With Us

Step 1 — Share your requirements Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your design references, product category, and approximate quantity. No formal documentation required at this stage.

Step 2 — Receive a quotation We prepare a detailed per-piece quotation based on gold weight, stone specifications, and design complexity. No hidden costs.

Step 3 — Confirm and prepay New trade orders are prepaid in full before production begins. This is standard for first-time clients and protects both parties. For larger orders or established production partnerships, alternative payment structures can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Payment is by international bank transfer to our Bangkok account — details provided on your quotation.

Step 4 — Production and updates We keep you informed at key stages — CAD approval, casting, setting, and final QC. Photographs of completed pieces are shared before shipment.

Step 5 — Shipping and delivery Your order ships fully insured with tracking. Typical transit times: USA 3–5 days, Europe 3–5 days, Middle East 2–3 days, Asia 1–3 days.

Frequently Asked Questions — Trade

Do you provide samples? Yes — sample pieces are full production pieces, not prototypes. We manufacture in 9kt–18kt gold with natural and lab-grown diamonds, and in silver on request. New clients typically place a small first order of 1–5 pieces which serves as a quality evaluation, priced at standard trade rates.

Can we see your catalogue? Yes — our full trade line sheet is available as a direct download from this page, covering current stock designs and made-to-order styles. For specific categories or custom requirements, contact us directly and we'll share relevant pieces.

Do you sign NDAs? We're happy to sign an NDA before sharing detailed designs, CAD work, or specifications. For established trade relationships, formal confidentiality agreements can be discussed.

What are your payment terms? New trade clients typically prepay 100% before production begins. For larger orders or established production partnerships, alternative payment structures can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer custom packaging? We do not provide branded packaging — most of our trade clients have their own packaging requirements. Pieces are shipped in standard protective jewellery boxes suitable for retail presentation. Custom packaging can be discussed for larger ongoing orders.

Which markets do you ship to? We ship to all major markets worldwide. Current active trade relationships include the USA, UK, Germany, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Australia, and across Southeast Asia.
