Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece.

No bulk commitments. No pressure to fill a container. If you need one ring made, we will make one ring.

Why No Minimum Order Quantity?

We have been manufacturing fine diamond and gemstone jewellery in Bangkok for over 20 years. In that time we have learned that the best client relationships don't start with large orders — they start with trust.

A retailer who places a single piece order and receives exactly what they asked for, on time, at the quality they expected, will come back. And they will bring more orders with them.

Many of our longest-standing B2B clients started with one piece. They were testing us. We understood that completely and we welcomed it.

That is still how we work today.

How Our Trade Pricing Works

The prices visible on our website reflect standard retail pricing. Trade buyers — retailers, distributors, designers, and private label brands — receive significantly different pricing that reflects the nature of a direct manufacturer relationship.

We don't publish trade prices openly because every order is different. Stone quality, gold karat, design complexity, and order volume all affect the final price. When you enquire, we price your specific requirements accurately rather than quoting a generic figure that may not reflect what you actually need.

What Does a Typical First Order Look Like?

Most of our B2B clients work the same way — they pass us orders directly from their own customers. A retailer's client wants a specific piece, the retailer forwards the brief to us, we manufacture and deliver.

This means order sizes vary enormously. Some clients order one custom piece at a time. Others place regular batches as their customer orders come in. We accommodate both without requiring volume commitments or long-term contracts.

Custom and bespoke pieces — including designs built around customer-supplied stones — carry no minimum order requirement either. Each piece is quoted individually based on the design brief.

What to Expect When You Enquire

When you contact us for the first time:

• We will ask for your design requirements, preferred metal, stone specifications, and approximate quantity
• We will respond with a detailed quotation including production timeline
• For new clients, we typically require a deposit before production begins
• We update you throughout production via WhatsApp with photos and progress reports
• Every piece is inspected before it leaves our Bangkok workshop

There are no hidden charges, no surprise costs, and no minimum order standing between you and a factory-direct manufacturing relationship.
