Case Study 2 —Rush Statement Ring Commission

The Brief

A private client was in Bangkok for a family function, with almost no lead time. Two statement rings needed to be designed using Lab diamonds, sourced, and finished before she flew out to UK. Trinity's standard minimum for custom work is three weeks. She had Eight days.

The Challenge

A rush timeline is straightforward when a piece is simple. This wasn't — two different statement ring designs meant solving two separate design problems at once, not repeating one build twice. The Eight-day window had to cover everything end to end: lab-grown diamond procurement, full CAD design and approval, and manufacturing, with none of the usual buffer between stages.

What We Produced

CAD and diamond sourcing ran in parallel rather than in sequence, compressing two normally sequential stages into the same window. Design approval was turned around quickly, with no reduction in finishing standard — the timeline changed, the quality bar did not.

The Outcome

Both rings were completed and delivered within the Eight-day window, in time for the client's function. Trinity's standard 2–3 week quote is a genuine estimate rather than a padded one — which is exactly what made compressing it, when it mattered, possible without cutting corners.
